I thought I would share this moment. I love working in my sketchbook - especially during moments like these (sun shining through the window, warming both face and body, coffee in my left hand, and boyfriend playing the guitar in the background. It is good to be alive!

Drawings from my sketchbook. The top one is a blind line drawing, which means that I am only looking at the person I'm drawing and not on the paper. It's a really great exercise to keep my mind and hand corresponding directly. I also wanted to dedicate this post to my dad since it's fathers day in Norway today - maybe the top drawing will give you a laugh. Gratulerer med farsdagen Pappa! <3
